At eXp Realty South Africa, we believe our greatest strength is the collective voice of our agents. To ensure this voice remains at the heart of our evolution, we are officially opening applications for the South Africa Agent Advisory Council (SAAAC)!

What is the SAAAC?

The SAAAC serves as a vital conduit of communication, supporting the agent voice and company initiatives within our unique South African culture. As a member, you represent the "Voice of the Agent" to ensure eXp Global remains the most agent-centric real estate agency in the world.

This council is a body of influence that provides input, advice, and recommendations to leadership on key strategies and challenges.

• Engage in strategic dialogue to help shape the future of the organization.

• Provide insight and feedback to support the evolution of our culture and core values.

• Act as a representative voice for your fellow agents, ensuring their perspectives are heard by leadership.

Who We Are Looking For

The council will consist of seven members selected through a vetting process. We are seeking a diverse representation of agents, including variations in location, experience level, production level, gender, age and ethnicity.

Current Eligibility Requirements (Pending Final Confirmation):

• Status: Full Status (Non-Principal, PDE4) or higher

• Standing: Must remain an agent in good standing with eXp Realty.

• Commitment: Members must attend all monthly meetings via Google Meets and scheduled leadership meetings.
