Being an ultra distance road and trail runner since 1977 and a Oceanographic Scientist by trade, I fully understand that success comes to those who are consistent, offer value, do the basic things right, go the extra mile, perform the necessary due diligence and pay attention to detail.
I am known to be a good listener, extremely patient, have empathy for others situations, love building mutually beneficial relationships and coupled with being a natural Deal Maker.
I am able to conclude property transactions with ease, and in most cases the negotiations end up being a win, win for all parties concerned.
I’m a very experienced residential and commercial rental and sales professional I am able to work anywhere in the Western Cape but my areas of preference is from Milnerton/Century City through to Blouberg/Table View/Parklands {where I started plying my trade when Parklands was launched almost 27 yrs ago}, and up to Melkbos.

I relish overcoming challenges and love variety that real estate in SA is faced with since the introduction of the Property Practitioners Act.
Highlighting a little of my recent sales success history, I am the 1st male at EXP SA to smash a relatively high capping target of R600k gross commission in < 7 months (in May 2022), hence being interviewed by my long term trusted real estate coach Steve Johstone recently.

Before that I was top Listing Agent of the year within the former MLS (Multi Listing Services) group, which was mirrored by being the 1st sales agent at my former company (Red Pepper Properties) to achieve a 99% sales ratio on all my mandates and earning a net commission of in excess of R1 million in < 1 year.
