Hello, I’m Cindy Hansson Roe. When I stepped into real estate in November 2023, I had no idea how quickly it would become my passion. Just three weeks later, I listed and sold my very first home, and from that moment on, I was hooked.
Over the following year, I sold a home almost every month, and with each sale, my love for this industry grew stronger. I didn’t come from a property background, but I discovered that guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives came naturally to me.
What started out as a new challenge soon became a career that I absolutely love. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the excitement on a client’s face when they walk into their new home for the first time.
People often describe me as energetic, approachable, and always ready to lend a hand. I believe in being open, honest, and dedicated because finding a home isn’t just about property, it’s about people and dreams.
Working alongside my husband, who has experience in commercial real estate, allows us to offer clients a well-rounded service and a truly dynamic partnership. I’ve completed my NQF4 qualification and am currently preparing for my PDE4, making sure that my clients always receive professional and trustworthy service.
Based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town, I’m proud to be part of eXp Realty and excited to assist clients across the Western Cape. This career has shown me that real estate is far more than sales, it’s about changing lives.
