Ideally located in a sought-after pocket of Diep River, just off Main Road and near Stodels Garden Centre, this brand-new, cozy cottage offers modern finishes and comfortable, low-maintenance living. Conveniently positioned on the border of Constantia, Meadowridge, Heathfield and Bergvliet, it is an ideal option for a couple or small household seeking a fresh, modern home.

The unfurnished cottage features two bedrooms with built-in cupboards, a modern bathroom with a shower and space for one appliance, and a functional living area. The kitchen offers ample cupboard space and is fitted with an electric oven and gas hob.

The cottage forms part of a multi-tenanted property, with a studio apartment alongside it and the main house situated towards the rear of the property. Two additional townhouses are planned for development towards the rear during 2027. Some construction activity can therefore be expected; however, the development will be positioned behind the main house, and significant disruption to the cottage is not anticipated.

Additional features include ample secure, open parking within the property, accessed via an automatic gate. The property is secure with 12-strand electric fencing around the perimeter.
